VERY IMPORTANT COMPENSATION PLAN UPDATE – YOU MUST READ THIS

As you know we recently made some very exciting improvements to streamline and simplify our pay plan and make it more lucrative for everyone, so you can make more money, quicker.
When we leaked these ideas to a few leaders they were SO EXCITED that they asked us to implement the new plan immediately - before we had even done the programming for it. So we thought about it and realised we could do this for you as long as we had a clear migration date.

So on September 20th we stopped selling the old Silver, Gold and Platinum Fast Start Packs and introduced the new Silver, Gold and Platinum Value Packs with new product codes, prices and BVs to be counted in the new plan.

All volume and sales under the old plan will be calculated UP TO that date and all volume and sales under the new plan will be calculated FROM that date in our next commission run on October 16th.

Normally we do two commission runs per month – on the 1st and 16th, but because this transition happened in the middle of a pay period and there are still some finishing touches to put on the software our programmers have asked us to wait till everything is thoroughly tested before we next run commissions.

So our next run will now be on October 16th when you will be paid all bonuses due up till 20th September and we will run the first bonus run from 20th September under the new plan.

… don’t worry, no one will lose out:

Due to any confusion about the qualifications and BVs for the new plan, some people might worry that they might miss out on a qualification for bonuses, especially since the transition happened in the middle of a pay period, so I am happy to make the following announcements.

WE will NOT FLUSH binary volume for this period if you were inactive or missed your autoship for any reason. You will NOT lose any volume. All your downline points will be carried over to the new plan and as long as you make sure you make the relevant qualifying purchase from October 1st onwards you will be qualified to retain your points
All previous purchases of Silver, Gold and Platinum Fast Start Packs under the OLD plan will be recognised under the NEW plan. In other words, if you bought an old Platinum Fast Start Pack you will be treated under the new Coded Leadership Bonus as if you had bought a new Platinum Value Pack and so will those you sponsored. So, if you as a Platinum had sponsored two people who bought Platinum packs before then you are already qualified under the new plan to earn the exciting $50 Platinum code to infinity from your third enrolee onwards! New Autoship BV requirement & simpler, quicker more profitable cycling

To streamline things under the new plan we have adjusted the monthly Autoship BV required to be active up from 45BV to 50BV, but dropped the cycle volume requirement from 330BV weak leg/660BV strong leg down to 200BV weak leg/400BV strong leg, increasing our payout as everyone will start cycling quicker – which will really add some extra excitement into your downline, especially when you consider the exciting new Silver, Gold and Platinum Value Packs will contribute 100, 200, and 325 points respectively into your binary.

We have also lowered the alternative activity qualification from 90BV to just 75BV, so now if your Autoship doesn’t go through due to any problems with your credit card you can make sure you don’t lose out on any bonuses due by placing a 75BV order by any other means – which could even be using your Geon Personal Account and a gift certificate from your upline if necessary!

So to recap: to remain active in the FlexPlan from October 1st and not lose out on any Cycle or Coded Leadership Bonuses you will need to have a valid 50BV autoship or 75BV product purchase. We will not flush any binary points until our next commission run on October 16th which gives people time to make the adjustments.

Tightening our credit card security – using gift certificates

I have personally worked corporately with two companies in this industry nearly put out of business due to credit card fraud. They never told the field how bad the situation was since they didn’t want to further harm their business by spreading fear and worry. With a fast growing international binary plan we realize there will be unscrupulous people around the world who will try to take advantage of facilities put there for everyone’s benefit.

We already subscribe to the strict security policies required by MasterCard and Visa and our site security is monitored by Security Metrics. You can see their certificate on our FAQs page.

We are not here to make a quick killing and disappear within six months to a year. We are here to build a long term stable business that you can pass on to your children.

Therefore, from today we will no longer accept third part credit card payments for products and no longer accept duplicate credit cards in our system. If someone tries to place an order using a credit card other than their own it will be rejected by the system. This is for everyone’s protection.

Now I realize that for some people who do have honest intentions this make create an extra hurdle for their prospects who might have difficulty obtaining a credit card and we won’t deliberately make something more challenging for you without reason and without offering a solution.

As you know, Geon is one of a very mlm companies which has a sophisticated gift certificate program built in to our software. If you have someone who wants to make a purchase but who doesn’t have a credit card you can simply issue them a Geon Gift Certificate from your members area or even transfer funds to their Geon Personal Account through your back office if they are already members. You can then sort out what they owe you the same way you would have done if you had used your credit card.

How do you get funds into your Geon Personal Account?

Two ways:

Each commission run all bonuses are paid into your personal account prior to you allocating what you want to do with them. You can withdraw your bonuses either by cheque or our MasterCard Debit card, or you can leave them in your account to pay for orders and gift certificates.
Secondly, in Singapore we are in the process if setting up a USD Geon bank account with HSBC so that members in Singapore and Malaysia can simply deposit cash funds into our account which we will transfer into their Geon Personal Account. This should be complete in the next week or so. We can view our accounts online with HSBC and be able to make transfers almost immediately we see cleared funds. We will not accept ACH transfers for this though, only cleared funds. We will be setting up similar facilities in other countries where obtaining credit cards is not straightforward.

MALAYSIAN Shipping update

We are in the process of setting up an account with a major courier company in your region to ensure door-to-door trackable on-time deliveries of your orders from Geon throughout Malaysia and other countries as they start to grow. I want you to know that this is priority Number One for me right now and hope to have the account set up within the next 24 hours so we can ship the first batch of orders to our members there. So we plan on shipping our first Malaysian orders by this method before the end of this week, so if you have been waiting we thank you for your patience and you should receive your order very soon.

For simplicity, initially we are looking at consolidating all Malaysian orders each week for one single shipment to this reliable local courier who will guarantee a 2 day service to your door. SUPERB NEWS!!! – HALAL update.

We are curently going through the Halal certification process for all our products and hope to be able to announce good news on this very soon, however we are pleased to announce today that our negotiations with our omega 3 krill oil supplier, Norway’s most prestigious biomarine manufacturer, have resulted in them making their first batch of Halal-certified omega 3 krill gelcaps.

Your next order of Geon Superb will be Halal certified.
So currently, all orders which contain the Geon Superb Antarctic Krill are being back-ordered until next week when our new Halal certified gelcaps come into stock. They have promised delivery to our filler on 5th October, next Monday and we hope to be shipping out the back orders a few days later. We will be receiving the Halal certificate for these products shortly afterwards.
